Refund policy
We hope you love your Lerelle Beauty purchase. If you change your mind, that’s okay too.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging
Returned in the same condition in which they were received
For hygiene and safety reasons:
Beauty products (including lash and brow serums, mascara, lip balms, and hair products) must have their tamper-evident seal box fully intact
Opened or used beauty products cannot be returned
LED Masks & Devices
LED masks and beauty devices must be:
Unused and unopened
In perfect condition
Returned with all accessories, manuals, cables, and original sealed packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
How to Request a Return

Contact Us
Please email info@lerellebeauty.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return. -
Return Instructions
If your return is approved, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your item. -
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service, as Lerelle Beauty cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 7 working days.
If approved:

A refund will be issued for the price paid for the item(s)

Original delivery charges are non-refundable

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout
Please allow 2–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider, for the refund to appear in your account.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care in packing our products, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info@lerellebeauty.com within 7 days of delivery, including:
Your order number
Clear photos (and videos where applicable) of the issue
Our team will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Products Purchased from Stockists
If you purchased a Lerelle Beauty product from one of our authorised stockists, please return to the original place of purchase.
Your contract of sale is with that retailer, and their own returns and refunds policy will apply.
